How To Become A Marketer On Audbaba.com?

This Marketer Commission Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into on [Effective Date], by and between Audbaba.com, hereinafter referred to as the “Company,” and [Marketer’s Full Name], hereinafter referred to as the “Marketer.”

1. Commission Rate:

The Company agrees to pay the Marketer a commission of 2% on the net sales generated through the Marketer’s marketing efforts. Net sales refer to the total sales amount minus any applicable taxes, returns, and refunds.

2. Payment Terms:

Payment of commissions will be made on a monthly basis. The Company will provide a detailed statement outlining the calculation of commissions along with the payment.

5. Termination:

Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice 30 days prior to the desired termination date. Termination does not affect the payment of commissions accrued up to the termination date.

6. Confidentiality:

The Marketer agrees to keep confidential any proprietary information, including but not limited to customer lists, sales figures, and marketing strategies.

7. Marketing Guidelines:

The Marketer agrees to adhere to the Company’s marketing guidelines, including but not limited to brand messaging, logo usage, and ethical marketing practices.
